I know it is more the norm  for me to be asking your company to do something "ASAP" or "Now" because we need it, but this email is simply to say a few things about your wonderful crew!1) Last week I greeted them all and thanked them for their great job and shook their hands to personally say that they were doing a great job. Not only were they humble, but they all had smiles and were seen to be hard working.2) As I look out my window this am, they again were out here putting fertilizer down in the neighborhood and working hard.3) It is so nice to NOT have to "babysit" a professional company to get the work DONE without constant reminders like our prior landscaper needed.
